Place was well-appointed and fully equipped, liked the stay.
The rooms were a nice size with excellent beds, felt like home. The breakfast was nice hot for a hotel of this rating with sausage and pancakes, as example.

The check-in staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a romantic getaway. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from the beautiful town of Banff. Plus, the discounted breakfast for hotel guests was a great value.
The room could use some modernization, as it felt a bit outdated. we noticed a few cleanliness issues, such as dust and a random item on the floor.

Amazing and beautiful location in Canmore, next to many attractions in the area and two more trains around 2:30 and 2:45, and 3:00AM and restaurants, liquor stores, pubs, grocery stores and the regional bus shuttle between Banff and Canmore. The total stay was really great for a vacation. The room was fine with 2 beds a a pull out and utensils, the staff were accommodating and exceptional, did everything. It was in a central location, close to downtown.
